Box Dormer Loft Conversion

The dormer loft is a very common type of loft conversion and is basically an extension from the existing roof. In this type of conversion, the structure is changed by the addition of a flat roof that extends out from the plane of the existing sloping roof. They can even run the entire length of the roof creating a really generous amount of living space.
